On Tuesday at Snyder we hosted a Community & Career Day with grades K-6! The students were able to experience both our community helpers and various careers in engaging stations. A huge thank you to all of our presenters who volunteered their time to make the morning a HUGE success!

Secretary to the Elementary Principal
Full-Time 12-Month Position
High School Graduate and at least 5 years secretarial/office management experience and/or training. Candidate must possess the following skills:
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel Spreadsheets, Google, and email
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Effective verbal and listening communication skills
• Diffuse potential problems with students, parents, public & staff
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Office administration
• Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing information
• Highly motivated and have a positive attitude
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and complete assignments without direct supervision

2nd grade had a great time exploring and enjoying the animals and playgrounds at the Ross Park Zoo yesterday. Lots of memories made and happy faces!

Wow what a day for your Sayre T&F team at the District IV meet in Williamsport.Rose started the day by winning her heat in a big PR time of 15.84, inching close to the school record of 15.4 by Tammy Kepner Card. Hudson stared as the 14th seed and jumped up to 9th place to make the finals and finish with a PR of 43'6" Marco finished 11th in the 100m fighting through illness. Sat. Rose and Marco hope to punch their tickets to the state championships as they compete in the finals Rose in the 100H and Marco in the 200M and 400M. Both have bettered the automatic times in their events! If you see them at school tomorrow wish both of them good luck and congratulate Hudson on his performance tonight!
