Weight Training 🏋️and Conditioning will take place Monday-Friday from 7:30am -8:45am at the Sayre HS weight room/gym for students in grades 6-12. Conditioning will also take place in the Lockhart Street Bowl on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7:00pm- 8:00pm.
📣Please note:Weight Training and Conditioning will be cancelled on the mornings of July 7, 8, and 9 due to a scheduled power outage.

Athletes—and any students looking to get stronger, healthier, and in better shape—we're hitting the ground running!
📅 Conditioning begins tomorrow, Tuesday, June 16, from 7:00–8:00 PM at the Lockhart Street Bowl.
🏋️ Lifting sessions will be held Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 7:30–8:45 AM.
This is a great opportunity to improve your strength, speed, endurance, and overall fitness. Let's get to work and make this a great summer!
