Good luck to our Odyssey of the Mind teams as they compete at Regionals in the Poconos today!

Update from the Regional Wrestling Tournament in Williamsport.
Jordan Brown has qualified for the consolation finals and will be wrestling for either 3rd or 4th place — officially punching his ticket to the PIAA State Wrestling Tournament in Hershey, Pennsylvania… The Sweetest Place on Earth! 🍫
This marks a historic moment, as Jordan is the first Sayre wrestler since 2009 to qualify for the State Tournament!
We are beyond proud of his hard work, dedication, and determination.
#RedskinPride ❤️💙

Mrs. Arena and Mrs. Wheeler’s classes took a trip to Sayre Memory Care Center today. We all enjoyed crafts, cookies, and dancing to the oldies! Many smiles were accompanied by tears of happiness. Today was a reminder that not all lessons are from books.

The students in Mrs. Grunza’s classroom and the Connections Café proudly welcomed their families this morning for breakfast and a tour of our classroom and café operations. It was a special opportunity for students to showcase their hard work, independence, and the skills they practice each day. We truly appreciate the continued support from our amazing families. It was a great morning!

Due to the snow and ice on roadways, the Sayre Area School District will be closed on Monday, February 23, 2026. Although great efforts were made to get roadways cleared during the two-hour delay, it was not possible. This Snow Day will be made up on Friday, May 22, 2026. Stay safe and stay warm!
Due to the snow storm that went through the area last night, the Sayre Area School District will be operating on a Two Hour Delay on Monday, February 23, 2026.
