The Sayre Area School District is gathering insight from our school community to inform a team of stakeholders working through a comprehensive/strategic plan. The survey includes questions on current district strengths, challenges, priorities, and suggestions for future goals. As the team develops a comprehensive/strategic plan, we want to understand our school community's needs, priorities, and goals. Your input will help shape a vision that supports our students, staff, and families.

The Boys Basketball team donated the money collected from last evening's gate to the PTG to support Candy Cane Lane, giving students in need an opportunity to buy gifts for their families during the holiday season. 🎄🎄.

It's that time of year when Santa and his helpers fly into town to open Candy Cane Lane for all the little shoppers.
Mrs. Lezak's students recently submitted their Invention Convention projects to be judged along with many other students across the state of Pennsylvania. Her students showcased their incredible creativity and innovation with a variety of amazing projects. Each invention was unique, reflecting the hard work and passion they put into their designs. Inventions include the "Bully Button" designed by Ada Mosier, "Thunder Vest" invented by Alyssa Mosier, and "Nutnose" created by Norah Hadlock, Aedan Vermilyea, and Emmarie Voelker.
Mrs. Lezak's students are also learning about circuits. Pictured is Emmarie, who took on the challenge of learning about simple circuits! She built her own snowman using a simple circuit and successfully powered an LED, demonstrating her understanding of how electricity flows. Additionally, Norah Hadlock built "Nutnose" ( robot) using knowledge of circuits and coding for her group's Invention Convention project.
These students make us Sayre proud!
