Congratulations to the boys cross country team on their hard fought 1 point win over Wellsboro yesterday. The Redskin boys were led by freshman Glen VanBenthusyn with a big second place finish in his first ever cross country race. He got strong team support from Hunter Kimball, Victor Mumo, Sam Claypool and Caleb Grover. Great job boys you make us Redskin proud.
In Varsity girls soccer action Sayre student athletes shined with Meg Flynn had some amazing blocks defensively, Lizzy Shaw had some great runs, and Olivia Thompson scored a goal in the 3-0 win against NEB. Great job ladies!

Jr-Hi Volleyball had a hard fought intense match with North Penn Liberty on Wednesday. The A squad lost in 3 sets, while the B squad won in 2 sets, holding NPL under 10 points each set. Both squads are improving each time on the floor, great job girls!

Yearbook staff members travelled to Wellsboro High School today for a Jostens Yearbook workshop along side students from Williamson, Wellsboro, and Northern Potter. Students learned about photography, theme planning, interviewing skills, page design, and had a chance to work with a Jostens artist to design the 2024 cover.
